Washing Systems

Modular and expandable by design. Get to market faster with
future ready scalability and local service that stays close.

Fine Tuned to Your Feed

Our washing systems process soils, slurries, and hydrovac waste into cleaner, reusable outputs. We design around your material, your site, and compliance reality, so you recover more value and send less to disposal.

MODULAR BY DESIGN. BUILT FOR FASTER MARKET ENTRY.

Not every operation is ready for a large fixed plant on day one. That is why Frontline Washing Systems takes a modular approach.

Our systems are designed to help operators enter the market faster, with layouts that reduce site complexity, shorten setup timelines, and make it easier to start with the capacity you need now. Compared with traditional fixed installations, a modular plant can be a more practical way to get up and running without overbuilding too early.

Just as important, we plan for what comes next. As your volumes grow, your feed changes, or your recovery targets increase, additional equipment can be integrated into the system. That means a plant that fits today, without limiting tomorrow.

The goal is simple: make washing easier to adopt, easier to scale, and better aligned with how real operations grow.

Custom Built
Solutions

Every Frontline washing system is built for long term performance and straightforward day to day operation. We design around your material, your throughput, and your site conditions, then configure the right mix of sorting, scrubbing, and water reuse.

Needs vary by job and region, but the target stays the same: cleaner outputs, higher recovery, and a plant that can scale as demand grows.

Classifying

Classifying

Aggregate classifying separates washed material into consistent size fractions to hit your end specs. It takes one mixed feed and delivers cleaner, uniform products across multiple usable aggregate streams.
Stockpiling

Stockpiling

Stacking conveyors move washed material from the plant to clean, organized stockpiles. Radial stackers build larger piles with less rehandling and loader traffic.
Scrubbing

Scrubbing

Material is aggressively mixed to break up clay, de-lump sticky fines, and strip coatings from sand and aggregate.
Screening

Screening

The first step in the circuit, screening removes oversize rock, debris, and organics before material hits the wet process.
Filter Press

Filter Press

Filter presses squeeze water out of slurry to produce compact filter cake that is easier to handle. The recovered water goes back into the circuit to support closed loop operation.
Water Treatment

Water Treatment

Water treatment keeps the circuit running by recycling and cleaning process water. It reduces freshwater demand, limits waste streams, and supports compliance.

System Components

Screeners

The first separation step. Screeners remove oversize debris and split incoming material into consistent fractions, keeping downstream stages stable and efficient.

Washing & Classification

Water and agitation break up clay and wash material clean. Classification then separates usable sand and aggregate from silts and clays for controlled handling.

Scrubbers

High energy mixing breaks clumps and strips fines and coatings off sand and aggregate. This frees up recoverable material and keeps the circuit running steady.

Feeders & Stackers

Feeders control flow into each stage to prevent surges and protect performance. Stackers move clean product to organized stockpiles with less loader time and fewer mix ups.

Water Treatment

Captures fines and cleans process water for reuse in the circuit. Settling, thickening, and filtration concentrate slurry into a manageable stream.

Benefits that Stack Up

01

Economic

Minimize disposal and hauling pressure by recovering usable material you can reuse or sell, improving margins without adding complexity.
02

Environmental

Reduce the compliance headache by shrinking landfill tonnes and tightening control of waste streams, helping extend finite airspace and protect approvals.
03

Operational

Keep production moving with consistent performance and local support that responds fast, protecting uptime when conditions change.
