1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that RECLAIM 2026 takes place at an active industrial site and/or demonstration area where heavy equipment, machinery, and washing systems are being operated, moved, or demonstrated. I acknowledge that attendance involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, exposure to moving equipment, noise, dust, uneven or wet ground surfaces, and other hazards typical of an industrial or job-site environment. I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown, associated with my attendance and participation.

2. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

I acknowledge that personal protective equipment is required at all times while on site, and that I am responsible for wearing the PPE indicated on my event registration (either my own equipment or equipment arranged for me by Frontline Washing Systems, Headlands Environmental and Shxwhá:y Village). I agree to comply with all posted safety signage, verbal instructions from Frontline Washing Systems, Headlands Environmental and Shxwhá:y Village staff, and site-specific safety rules for the full duration of the event. I understand that Frontline Washing Systems, Headlands Environmental and Shxwhá:y Village may remove me from the site if I fail to comply with PPE or safety requirements.

3. Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to attend RECLAIM 2026, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Frontline Washing Systems, Headlands Environmental and Shxwhá:y Village its parent and affiliated companies, and each of their respective owners, officers, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me while attending or traveling to and from the event, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Medical Treatment

I authorize Frontline Washing Systems, Headlands Environmental and Shxwhá:y Village and its designated representatives, to arrange for emergency medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to provide consent at the time, and I accept financial responsibility for any related costs not covered by my own insurance.

5. Photography and Media Release

I grant Frontline Washing Systems, Headlands Environmental and Shxwhá:y Village permission to photograph and/or record me during the event and to use such images or recordings for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes, without compensation. Attendees who do not wish to be photographed may notify event staff on arrival.

6. Acknowledgment

I confirm that I have read this waiver in full, understand its terms, and am signing it voluntarily. I understand that this is a legally binding agreement and that I am giving up certain legal rights by signing it, including the right to sue the Released Parties. If any provision of this waiver is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
